Telephone interpreting can be used, for example, as an initial enquiry with a view to setting up a first meeting, to check export orders, to book meetings or make appointments, to find out information, or to interview someone. Our interpreter is professional, accurate and will remain neutral in any situation and will never offer an opinion. Our interpreter is specialised in marketing, medicine, business, technical and financial terminology. All conversations are kept strictly confidential.

It is often useful to brief the interpreter before the interpreting assignment, so that our interpreter is familiar with the activities of your company and the purpose of the call. We would appreciate copies of any documentation relevant to the assignment, particularly any texts that may be discussed in detail. This will save time during the actual telephone call. *Telephone interpreting is quick and easy to organise. Simply contact us for more information at 09063400007. Calls are charged at £1.50 per minute (VAT included) and will last no longer than 20 min. Calls from some networks may cost more than the likely charge shown. The client is  liable for any telephone costs, and we can supply itemised billing if requested. This service is intended for people over the age of 18. If our interpreter has reasoning grounds, upon questioning a caller to suspect that the caller is under 18, the call will be ended.
